Why We’re Moving for MS
Multiple sclerosis is the most common neurological condition diagnosed in young adults, often striking at a time when people are building careers and starting families. Because there is currently no known cure, the funds raised during this event are vital for MS Plus to provide life-changing services, advice, and support. In Australia, 1 in 3 people are directly impacted by MS through a friend, family member, or colleague.

Starts at 7:45 AM (New for 2026!)
🏃 5km / 10km Run
Starts at 9:00 AM
🚶 Walk & Roll
5km or 10km at 10:30 AM (wheelchair & pram accessible)
Entry Pricing: Adult entry is $69 (or $99 for the Half Marathon), and Junior entries are half-price when purchased with an adult entry. Most importantly, people living with MS receive free entry to all MS Plus events.
